Flowpress Watchman Pressurisation/Degassing/Dosing Unit
The Flowpress Watchman is a floor standing digitally controlled pressurisation, vacuum degassing and additive dosing unit for use on sealed systems in order to provide a minimum system pressure requirement, effective dissolved gas removal and adding additives to the system. The correct fluid mix is blended on demand at the time of system top-up. Ideal for pressure management in domestic, commercial and industrial sealed heating and cooling systems. Fluid is sampled from the system, isolated and subjected to a full vacuum. All dissolved air within the sample is vented to atmosphere. The deaerated fluid is then reintroduced to the system. A turbo mode is available for initial system setup to allow for rapid deaeration of new installations. Available in twin pump configuration for topping up water using a digital controller and AB type break tank utilising a WRAS approved float valve for back flow protection.
