Flowtech operate a network of Service Engineers located throughout the UK. The distribution of engineers means that in the majority of cases we are less than 4 hours away from attending a customer call out.
We place great emphasis on providing technical back up to support our Service Engineers and in resolving some difficult operational and technical issues. To ensure the efficient operation of your booster set, minimising downtime and interruptions to supply, we recommend our annual service contract. These competitively priced contracts provide regular service visits to monitor, adjust and where required, repair plant, prolonging system life.
A full report will be issued after each visit for your planned maintenance records and any subsequent work is fully guaranteed. If extra works are required we will follow up with a full quotation outlining the options you have regarding the unit.
